Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for an opportunity in the manufacturing industry? We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client’s team in Exeter, NH. If you have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for numbers, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost accounting and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with audits and provide detailed reports to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
