Job Description

Top notch private equity firm is seeking an assistant to support senior level executives in Marketing/Client Services. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Heavy phone coverage
  • Calendar management
  • Travel and expenses
  • Meeting planning
  • Gate keeping.
  • Input into CRM database
  • Internal point person for client requests
  • Material prep for meetings, coordinating reports and distribution
  • Assisting with on-boarding clients.

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 4+ years of support experience
  • Financial services experience with an interest in marketing
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills – Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Team player
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Proactive

Compensation – $70-90K plus Paid OT & Bonus
