Top notch private equity firm is seeking an assistant to support senior level executives in Marketing/Client Services. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Heavy phone coverage
- Calendar management
- Travel and expenses
- Meeting planning
- Gate keeping.
- Input into CRM database
- Internal point person for client requests
- Material prep for meetings, coordinating reports and distribution
- Assisting with on-boarding clients.
Qualifications
- College degree
- 4+ years of support experience
- Financial services experience with an interest in marketing
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills – Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint
- Team player
- Strong multi-tasker
- Proactive
Compensation – $70-90K plus Paid OT & Bonus
