Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing business intelligence tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. This role will primarily focus on projects involving data lake architecture, Databricks data processing, and final reporting solutions using Power BI or Domo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines from diverse sources, including D365, to data lakes.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines from various sources to data lakes using Databricks.
• Design and create interactive dashboards and reports in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize insights and trends.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability across platforms.
• Understand and analyze database relationships and interconnections among various data sources.
• Create project plans and provide guidance to peers and stakeholders.
• Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Domo (preferred) or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with data lake architecture and management.
• Familiarity with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Expertise in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Azure Data Factory experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
