We’ve been in business for over 90 years, and with more than one million machines in service, we have the infrastructure and technology in place to enable laundry related services in communities around the country.

Overview:

Mary-Hardin Baylor University Campus Marketing Leader: As we launch this NEW business you will be responsible for executing on campus marketing and communications strategies.

This is a part-time student (10 to 15 hours) opportunity, and your day will include reporting directly to the WDF marketing team and working closely with the Area Operations Manager for developing and implementing innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, new user sign ups, and repeat customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and communication plans to drive brand awareness and new users including promo table work, event participation, and ad hoc efforts
Drive social media marketing in channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to promote WDF services (e.g. take photos, make videos, create content, etc.)
Distribute marketing flyers, posters, and brochures
Develop relationships with campus groups for potential partnerships
Analyze and report on the success of marketing and communication initiatives
Maintain laundry rooms for updated marketing brochures, posters, and language

What we’re looking for:

Required Education & Experience:

Currently enrolled and live on campus.
Ability to pass background and drug screen.
Students studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or Advertising preferred.

Physical Requirements:

18 years of age or older
Owns a smartphone with Android 5.0 or later iOS 9 or later
Ability to lift 30+ pounds
Self-starter and enjoy being part of a team
