Job Details

Required Skills:
Admitted to HI Bar
Experience: 2-8 years relevant experience.
Experience working on commercial contracts, entity formation, M&A and joint ventures
Excellent writing, communication, analytical, and legal research skills.
Must be outgoing, collegial, and collaborative.
Able to meet transaction timelines and deliver high quality work product
