The Houston office of Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a lawyer with 5-7 years of experience to join the Corporate, M&A and securities practice team. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience at a law firm with securities offerings and 34 act filings, excellent academic credentials in addition to strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.  The candidate should also be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
