Job Description

Position, Compensation, & Benefits:

·      Design Coordinator (Full-time);

·      Pay: $75,000

·      PTO & sick days;

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

·     Work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment; 

·     Coordinate with franchisees, other departments, and/or venders to support the creative vision of a project;

·      Effectively understand and communicate design guidelines and requirements;

·      Assist with day-to-day operations of the design team;

·      Manage multiple projects, delegate work, and communicate deadlines and expectations;

·      Keep organized design related logs and files for internal record and use;

·      Prepare and quality control samples or mock-ups for review and final production;

·      Monitor and complete follow through on any projects or tasks from start to finish;

·      Use feedback to amend or improve designs;

·      Ensure final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.



·      Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office;

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·      Strong organizational and time management skills;

·      Flexibility to adjust to fast-paced changing priorities, and ability to multi-task;

·      Strong conceptual thinking, typography and design;

·      A keen eye for aesthetics and details;

·      Problem solving skills within established procedures;

·      Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines;

·      Strong portfolio of work;

Additional Skills (Preferred):

·      2+ years of Graphic Design experience (franchise and F&B industry preferred);

·      Experience in an Office Workplace Environment;

·      Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant Art field;

·      Ability to speak & understand Korean language in casual settings

      (position will work closely with J-1 interns/Native Korean speakers);


*This is NOT a remote position. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
