Crowe & Dunlevy is looking for qualified candidates to fill our front desk receptionist position.

Candidates should maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while greeting clients and guests, answering a multi-phone line system and maintaining the reception area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Operates telephone console to receive incoming calls.

Directs callers to destination; may be required to take messages and record caller’s name, phone number, nature of call, etc.

Greets clients and visitors at reception desk.

Schedules conference rooms.

Receives deliveries from couriers.

Performs a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties including overflow work from secretaries.

Analyze and review legal documents; discerning the pertinent information and entering the required information into the firm’s docket database.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
