Responsibilities:

• Follows various HR procedures in areas like benefits, staffing, employee relations, etc.
• Solves diverse problems by gathering information, analyzing options, and drawing on experience.
• Analyzes data, generates reports, conducts research, identifies compliance issues, tracks budgets, and resolves discrepancies.
• Develops manuals, databases, and provides guidance to others.
• Interacts with various parties, provides information, and acts as a departmental support expert.

What’s Needed?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience or equivalent and 5 years experience in HR.
