Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all HR systems, including HRIS (partnering with HRIS managers), ATS, learning management systems, leave management systems, and any other HR- related technology tools.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data stored in these systems.
- Continuously assess the organizations HR technology landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead efforts to streamline processes, reduce manual work between systems, and enhance user experiences through technology.
- Ensure that all HR systems are seamlessly integrated to minimize data silos and improve data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to achieve integration goals.
- Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and trends.
- Evaluates the potential benefits and ROI of adopting new HR technology solutions.
- Periodically evaluate the performance and relevance of existing HR systems and vendors.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for potential system upgrades or replacements.

Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred
Qualifications: Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in HR technology
- 1+ years’ experience successfully managing HR technology projects and initiatives
- Experience in HRIS selection, configuration, and integration
- Experience with data analysis and reporting in HRIS
Qualifications: Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
