Our office maintains a state-of-the-art computer system for record keeping, customer data and policy retrieval, and fast, efficient claims filing and maintenance. It also allows for instant rate comparisons between the country’s finest insurance companies. We concentrate on thenoil and gas industry, but we are specialists on all types ofncommercial business insurancenincluding commercial auto,numbrella liability, andnworkers’ compensation insurance.

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialistnis to assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities.

Effectively manage a pipeline of new/renewal business accountsPartner with Producers to collect and obtain all necessary and required documentsComplete all account and client forms required for carrier submissionSubmit accounts to carriers to obtain quotesDocument all correspondence and key details within CRM and Agency Management applicationsKeep track of, and follow-up on, all pending quotesRespond to underwriting inquiries and requests for additional detailsAs quotes are received, proactively review accounts to identify items that should be addressed / re-reviewed with the carrier underwriters and or brought to the attention of the ProducerStrategically assess quotes received to recommend / determine the ideal carrier selectionPrepare customer proposalsSend out finalized documents for customer signaturesPartner with account servicing team to assure accounts are entered into our Agency Management System (AMS)General miscellaneous tasks as required by management nHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredTX Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance LicenseExperience in Applied EPIC & Indio, preferred3 years P&C experience, preferredMust be good with numbers, analysis, and good communication skillsOil & gas industry experience, preferredCommunicate effectively with brokers, underwriters, customers, and sales representativesStrong attention to detail – must document all correspondence within AMS360, Applied EPIC, & IndioMust be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft 365nFlexibility to adapt to organizational needs as requiredFamiliarity with carrier websites is a plusLives in Texas n We offer comprehensive benefits to employees, including medical, dental, STD, LTD and life insurance, 401k, paid time off and much more.
