Job Summary
- The Supply Chain Analyst – Lead is responsible for leading the internal team of Supply Chain Analysts to manage Avera’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other relevant systems for all areas of Supply Chain.
- The Supply Chain Analyst – Lead will help develop and maintain all ERP functionality, workflow, and design as well as develop policies, procedures, and training material for this area.
- The same applies to other software systems and tools that may integrate with or be used in conjunction with the ERP software for Supply Chain purposes. This includes but is not limited to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) functionality, Inventory Software, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) tools.
- The Supply Chain Analyst – Lead will coordinate the extraction, interpretation, and reporting of data for the purpose of Supply Chain to maximize operational efficiencies.
- This position will work alongside Category Sourcing teams, Supply Chain Management, Buyers and Requisitioners, and Supply Chain Operations to assist in the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and services following the Avera Health Supply Chain policies and practices.
- The Supply Chain Analyst – Lead may provide analytical support in Supply Chain Initiatives from inception to completion. This position will work closely with department end-users, Accounts Payable, Vendors, and various Supply Chain Staff.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or University or 5 years analytical related experience required.
- Supply Chain experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medical/Surgical supplies and equipment and contract knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of GPO systems and contracting practices/strategies preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $26.25 – $39.50 per hour
