Salary: $90K – $130K

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop both existing and new product offerings by capturing customer needs, creating concept models, building engineering models, conducting verification testing, and overseeing field-based customer validation. Transfer designs to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement lean manufacturing techniques and optimize production processes. Work closely with the team to design, build, and refine all aspects of production.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for material sourcing, inventory management, part substitutions, and troubleshooting supplier or assembly issues.
• Assist Field Service with product delivery, installation, and in-servicing customers on product usage. Occasional travel required.
• Foster a collaborative and effective teamwork environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in CAD, FEA, and mechanical kinematic analysis
• Experience with engineering drawings and New Product Development (NPD)
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
• Knowledge of 21CFR820 Design Controls
• SolidWorks CAD experience
• NetSuite experience is a plus
