Our client who is a prominent Asset Management Firm is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and code all breaks versus custodian, prime or accounting records
• Provide market research and comments to team members
• Complete reconciliations and reporting requirements
• Work closely with trade support, custodians, and traders on daily tasks
• Establish relationships with prime brokers and custodians

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Proficient in Excel (Python, SQL is preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Arcesium, VPM, Virtus experience is a plus
