The Job: Operations Manager

• Leadership, Management, & Accountability of our “Back of House”
• Integral part of our Branch Leadership Team
• Collaboration & Communication with Sales Team is HUGE (you lead this!)
• Making sure orders get out on time
• Inventory Management
• Production Schedule

Here’s the deal. We have a large distribution warehouse and fabrication facility. You will be in charge of both. Its a ton of leadership. The job is strategic yet at the same time getting your hands dirty. THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. It’s an out in the field job.

We are looking for a HUMBLE leader for this spot.

Its a huge position for the largest location in our company.

Now, think if every business in the world did this.

Wow. What an impact!

If our people are our greatest asset, then why don’t we spend more time prioritizing them?

Love what you do.

Feel like you have a voice.

Feel like you make an impact.

Make good money.

Have lots of time off work for friends, family, and other hobbies.

So yah, that’s us. as authentically as possible. It’s not some bs strategy to look good for customers or to attract the best talent. It’s just what we believe deep inside our hearts. We can’t not be this way. It’s who we are, and we are proud of it. This is the stuff that continues to energize us every single day.
