Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development plans.
- Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements and strategies to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner when interacting with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
