Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development plans.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and strategies to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner when interacting with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successful leadership and team management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
