Bekish Orthodontics has been serving both children and adults of the Fort Worth community since 2005. We are looking for an Operations Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in managing an ortho team. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Builds relationships of trust between the doctor(s), staff and the company and advocates for the needs of the doctor(s), staff and the company.
• Assists in planning and preparing work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Assists in hiring, training, and evaluating employees in consultation with Human Resources.
• Provides performance management, including employment separations in consultations with Human Resources.
• Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommends cost saving methods to improve efficiency of center.
• Provides sales and marketing support by conducting various events to present information and education on specialty services to customers and community.
• Supports Lead Doctors to identify and resolve problems with service to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Wednesdays 7:30 a.m.-12p.m., Friday -admin day
