As the OTT Programming Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Over-The-Top (OTT) programming strategy, ensuring the delivery of engaging and high-quality content to our audience. Your expertise in streaming platforms, content curation, and audience analytics will play a vital role in expanding our digital presence and driving subscriber growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OTT programming strategy that aligns with Valuetainment’s objectives and target audience.

• Curate and acquire content from various sources, including TV shows, movies, documentaries, and original productions.

• Collaborate with content creators, producers, and talent to ensure the production and delivery of high-quality OTT content.

• Monitor and analyze audience data and user behavior to inform programming decisions and optimize content offerings.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and OTT platform advancements.

• Manage relationships with OTT platform partners and negotiate licensing agreements.

• Evaluate the performance of programming initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in OTT programming or a similar role, preferably in the Media sector.

• Strong understanding of OTT platforms and streaming technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of content curation, rights acquisition, and licensing agreements.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in audience data analysis and user behavior tracking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving market trends.

• Passion for digital media and the future of entertainment.
