CNRG is looking for a Risk Supervisor to process daily claims oversight & analysis of workers compensation, general liability & property liability for CNRG. Weekly communication with brand locations & adjusters. Perform statistical analysis to quantify risk and forecast probable outcomes. Prepare reports & present findings to assist operations with decision making while offering solutions to minimize or eliminate risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Workman’s Compensation and accident reporting point of contact. Updating information on G Drive. Working & following up with District Managers to address issues.
• General Liability and accident reporting point of contact. Updating information on G Drive. Working & following up with District Managers to address issues.
• Property Liability and accident reporting point of contact. Updating information on G Drive. Working & following up with District Managers to address issues
• Reports, Data Points, Statistics, Trends, Etc. for WC, GL & PL
• Point of Contact for State, Federal safety programs. (Washington, California, North Dakota, OSHA etc.…
• Claims Reviews,

Success Factors: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of current company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Risk assessment/management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google software

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct safety and/or risk responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Engineering or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience in retail environment
