Great Marketing and Sales Job available! Apple Spice is now seeking a cheerful, hardworking individual for a Customer Relationship Manager in our box lunch delivery and catering business. Typical hours are M-Th 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends and holidays off. Pay for this position is dependent upon previous experience and will include a monthly incentive bonus.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Professional representation of Apple Spice in the Austin market
  • One-on-One interaction with new and existing customers
  • Generating profitable revenue and hitting sales goals
  • Follow-up regularly with existing customers
  • Identifying and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Learn and utilize business fundamentals to help make the company a success

Things You Will Do

  • Collect names of event decision makers and those who order for meals
  • Follow-up calls with new and existing customers
  • Host presentations with potential customers
  • Work with the AS owner to build marketing and sales strategies
  • Provide quotes for customers
  • Write thank-you notes to customers
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials (e.g. menus, mailers, emails, etc.)
  • Address customer concerns
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Document customer service contacts

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Ability to get past the receptionist and to the decision maker
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a satisfactory driving record and use of a reliable personal vehicle
