We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager! This is a fulltime, onsite, salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate collaborative efforts among internal departments to ensure targeted objectives are on track
• Provide professional and effective customer service to new and existing customers, serving as a key contact
• Manage incoming customer POs via EDI, email, or phone, coordinating with operations teams and communicating delays or short ships
• Set up promotions, assist with weekly internal sales reporting, and maintain promotional planner
• Create retailer folders with relevant customer info and assist sales teams with ad hoc requests

Requirements:

• Data-focused with experience in customer-specific systems, preferably ERP systems (Sage)
• Prior experience working in the CPG environment and sales support (3 years MINIMUM)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration or Business Management
