Who We’re Looking For – Sr Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full-time Sr Graphic Designer to work on our in-house web publishing team. You’ll create custom visual graphics and illustrations for various in-house brands in our Clearlink division.

Are you a data-driven digital graphic designer that’s skilled at translating data and statistics into clear and compelling visual graphics? Are you as proficient with typography, color, and illustration as you are with graphs and charts? Do you love creating marketing assets for cohesive campaigns, evolving brand visual identity at the same time? Do you love a variety of projects and want to see direct results for the work you produce? Do you enjoy collaborating, brainstorming, and problem solving with team members from different channels (product designers, editorial teams, Digital PR teams, UX Analysts, etc.) to create awesome work? The Impact You Will Make 

As a Sr Graphic Designer, you will help us build original, branded visuals for our online editorial content, landing pages, including infographics, social media images, ads, email graphics, icons, and more.

  • Create clear and impactful digital visual graphics that turn data and facts into an easily digestible story for readers
  • Design engaging social graphics that increase brand awareness
  • Create effective visual assets for ad campaigns
  • Create cohesive and effective visual assets for omni-channel campaigns
  • Help evolve the visual brand identity of our brands
  • Collaborate in a team environment that’s aligned on strategy and focused on hitting publishing goals
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Outreach Manager, and Project Manager to ensure the needs and quality standards of our various teams are fulfilled
  • Work alongside product designers, writers, social media teams, marketing teams, to build cohesive branded visuals across all channels 
  • Manage their schedule and prioritize projects, ensuring that online content is published on time

What You Bring

  • 3+ years digital graphic design experience
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Experience with digital animation and motion graphic skills a plus
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization design competency
  • Experience with Google Workspace. MS Office, Airtable, Jira a plus
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to channel brand personality through visual graphics
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and working with teams/clients
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and speaking, give and receive constructive, positive feedback
  • Ability to self-manage, keep track of multiple projects and meet team goals
  • Must be autonomous and own their work, taking ownership for every detail, every step of the way
  • Ability to visualize complex data and ideas in a clear and accurate manner
  • Collaborative and flexible when working cross-functionally
