The Technology Product Marketing Team creates differentiating content that enables both our marketing and sales teams to effectively tell the unique Workday technology story. The team works closely with Product & Technology, Global Marketing Campaigns, Field Sales, Pre-sales, Partner & Alliances and Value Management teams by aligning messaging & content to business objectives.

About the Role

The Workday Solutions Marketing team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bring to market the value and impact of Workday and its Interoperability story to our buyer personas. Particular focus areas for this role will be Workday’s Interoperability & integration tools and how they support Workday’s position of the most adaptable cloud solution for enterprise management of people and finances.

Workday is different by design and the technology that supports the delivery of the Workday Service is what provides our customers new levels of agility and productivity. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our product managers, partners, and technology strategists in developing messaging, content assets and channel enablement across Workday’s Interoperability & integration capabilities.

This role is a unique combination of having a passion for technology combined with an aptitude for creating compelling content narratives, understanding different audience perspectives, presenting and delivering best-in-class content in all forms, and working in a highly agile environment with a high-performing team who enjoys innovating and having fun. 

Responsibilities include

  • Understand the unique value of Workday Architecture and Technology creating compelling content to drive awareness and preference from our IT & business buyers

  • Build technology content to help drive campaigns and deliver content for digital, social, live and event-based programs

  • Work alongside product, marketing, partner, competitive intelligence, and field enablement teams to build content and tools to enable sales

  • Drive content and messages to support new product and technology launches, along with working with Industry Analyst to ensure Workdays differentiators and capabilities are clearly understood.

  • Continuously explore and recommend new ways to deliver our message around the value of Workday’s Interoperability whether digital, written, demonstrative, or at live events.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ product marketing / technical marketing experience at a software company

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Computer Science

Other Qualifications:

  • Passion for cloud-based and SaaS technology

  • Excellent communication, writing and story-telling skills

  • Ability to build and deliver content in the form of enablement and presentations to a wide array of audiences that are both technical and non-technical

  • Excels in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with positive and collaborative style

  • MBA a plus

Workday Pay Transparency Statement – United States 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CO.BoulderPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $129,900 – $194,900Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $123,400 – $207,600
