Summary

Codazen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team. The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and strategy of Campaign and email production for a growing business unit. The ideal candidate will be technical with prior engineering experience along with marketing experience as the responsibilities will be related to both brand and direct marketing work in order to maximize business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the marketing strategy for each project, manage and execute the email programs and campaigns, along with social media integration, landing pages, and other marketing efforts for each client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while serving as the main point of contact for Enterprise clients. Understand your company’s and client’s business needs to be able to upsell and recommend other features to create a win-win situation.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product features, benefits, and value proposition.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, collaborating with other technical leads, which includes defining product features, priorities, and timelines.
Utilize your software engineering background to effectively identify and analyze strategic technical challenges to solve problems, make informed decisions regarding architecture, scalability, and feasibility, and break down complex requirements into consumable user stories.
Accountable for the strategy, planning/buying, trafficking, optimization, and measurement analysis and ROI of each online marketing project.
Work with internal stakeholders including leadership, product, and engineering teams to achieve project success through the project lifecycle.
Utilize Project Management best practices to determine and deliver clear deliverables, scope, and timelines to deliver high-quality products within budget and on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
3+ years’ experience in a technical program manager, technical lead or systems engineer role
Experience with email campaign operations/marketing program/project management
Experience in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing technology tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress)
Experience in marketing technology, marketing analytics, digital marketing, and/or a related role
Proven experience in a client-facing role, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
Able to provide inventive, but measurable, solutions for client challenges
Strong Presentation and Proposal Skills
Experience working with Sales and/or Sales Development teams utilizing Call/Phone Systems and Call Tracking & Marketing Analytics Software (e.g., Twilio, Five9, CallRail)
Experience in HTML/CSS, API’s, and Python
Familiar with Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms
Deeply familiar and passionate about email marketing concepts, practices, and programs. A strong understanding of email marketing
Experience analyzing and interpreting data to make data-driven decisions
Ability to create and monitor business KPIs (key performance indicators)
Strong background in running successful A/B tests and end-to-end lead tracking
Proven experience in system integration across various platforms
Pilot the evaluation and implementation of marketing technology tools, ensuring their flawless integration with our current systems and processes
Demonstrated analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate alongside Sales, Marketing, IT and Production teams to identify and leverage marketing technology for growth enhancement and member experience improvement
Experience working with large enterprise-scale companies, understanding their complex requirements and processes
Proficiency with at least one project management tool such as: Jira, Asana, Confluence
Strategize and manage the marketing technology roadmap, aligning it with the client’s mission and objectives
Track leads end-to-end, providing insights into the customer journey and suggesting areas for improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced and manage multiple projects simultaneously
