Blayzer Digital, one of the best marketing companies in St. Louis, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. We provide digital marketing, ecommerce, web development, video production, and lead generation services for a wide range of businesses and brands locally and nationwide. This is a full-time, on-site position. 

We’re looking for someone who loves crafting content on social media. The Social Media Manager will work with clients from a wide range of industries and companies of all sizes. The main objective of this position is to grow the audience, drive engagement, and generate traffic and conversions (leads and sales) for our clients. Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or some other related field such as Design, English, Journalism or Business
• 3+ years of experience managing organic social media profiles and campaigns
• Graphic design experience 
• Experience with paid social media, copywriting, and content development
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with ability to work under deadlines
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and more as they emerge
• Ability to gather and analyze results data, report outcomes to clients, and recommend data-driven next steps
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive apps
• Must be certified in Google Analytics; proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads reporting also good
• Skills in video production and editing are highly valued
• Experience with industry standard tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho, Buffer, WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce are a plus
• Previous experience in a management role is a plus
