Overview:
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will oversee and grow digital marketing across our CPG brands, which include Ajinomoto, Jose Ole, Tai Pei, and Ling Ling. We are looking for someone with the experience and drive to build a strong, foundational digital ecosystem that encompasses web, social, paid media, and e-commerce. Partnering closely with agencies and with cross-functional teams that include shopper marketing, category management, sales, and IT, this role will develop and execute programs that deepen the relationship with existing customers and attract new ones. The ideal candidate will be a digital evangelist with a track record of executing innovative campaigns that drive brand equity, positively impact consumer perception, and ultimately help increase sales
Responsibilities:
Developing strategic roadmaps and annual plans, driving clarity and stakeholder alignment
Driving website strategy, UX, development, and analytics
Evolving social media strategy and managing execution across major and emerging social platforms, with an emphasis on leveraging influencer partnerships and content
Owning the e-commerce strategy, plans and execution, including PDP development and search optimization on our retail partner sites
Developing a foundational martech stack, including digital asset management tools, with the vision to mature it over time
Sourcing and managing agency partners
Evaluating and overseeing paid social, display, and performance marketing strategies, from conception to execution, optimization, and post campaign analysis.
Overseeing digital analytics, managing communication of performance, sentiment, trends, and community concerns back to the broader team and leadership.
Managing e-marketing programs
Educating and generating excitement around digital initiatives within the organization
Leading a team of cross-functional partners as well as direct reports
Planning and managing budgets
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or related areas. MBA degree preferred.
7+ years of digital experience that includes web, social media, and e-commerce on retail partner sites
2+ years of marketing personnel management experience.
Experience building a digital practice from the ground up and then evolving it
Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and project management.
Proven financial management skills.
Established business strategy/development skill inclusive of digital, shopper, and e-commerce activities.
Demonstrated communication skills across a variety of communication methods and tools.
Proven working knowledge of market research and demonstrated analytical skills.
A relatable food experience and/or a demonstrated passion and/or knowledge of food.
CPG experience preferable.
Proven ability in the development of direct reports
Pay range $135,000 to $145,000
