Intus Care is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to be a strong individual contributor and peer mentor working on our core web application (React/Redux -> Node).

Our customers work with the most medically complex older adults, empowering them to age gracefully at home, and our tool is a crucial part of their success.

As a staff engineer at a Series A startup serving thousands of lives, you have a great opportunity to build systems that will scale with us across healthcare. You will also have the opportunity to think scrappy, and advocate for new ideas to prototype and test quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional individual contribution; owning end-to-end the design, implementation, delivery, and release of features/projects
- Participate in conversations with product management/design so that your ideas are heard, and that engineering & product continue to have a strong working relationship
- Assist junior engineers by providing thoughtful code review and guidance in designing features they've been tasked with
Experience of most qualified candidates
- 6+ yrs professional experience using JavaScript
- 3+ yrs professional experience using React
- 3+ yrs professional experience making/working with APIs (any lang is ok, we use Node)
- You have owned features/products and are ready to change healthcare

Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year
