You must have expensive experience with ConnectWise Automate and have experience completing a network audits. System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Requirements:

Ability to handle Microsoft Exchange and M365 configurations and maintenance tasks.
2+ years of experience with ConnectWise Ticketing System and ConnectWise Automate
Knowledge and experience working with Azure Virtual Machines, Networks, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup and Storage, Application
Be well-versed with antivirus solutions like Webroot and SentinelOne
Provide technical support for both Windows 10 and Mac OS environments.
Assist with desktop support, including printer setup, networking, virus removal, VPN, etc.
Display proficiency in data recovery techniques and hard drive RAID configurations.
Experience configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
Knowledge of Palo Alto, VMware, VMware NSX, and Cisco ISE is preferred
Experience with designing, configuring, managing, and supporting disaster recovery platforms

Salary: $75k – $85k
