Job Summary:

The Specialist II – Learning Technology Solutions will be responsible for Task Management, Program Management, and Product Management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

– Collect requirements for project/product tasks

– Complete project/product tasks assigned by manager

– Keep project plans updated with current and accurate information

– Meet with stakeholders to review completed tasks, collect feedback, and implement changes

– Create documentation for project to document the process and provide end-user support

– Collect data for data analysis

Qualifications and Skills:

– Project Management experience

– Product Management experience

– SCRUM experience

– VLSS Certification / black Belt 

– Microsoft PowerPlatform experience
