- Need 4 plus years of workday integration development experience in EIBs, Studio, and core connectors.
- Need to have good understanding of workday HCM, Payroll functions to design workday integrations.
- Need to have good development process experience with extensive testing expertise. knowledge on Payroll, Talent Management and Core HCM functional scenarios.
- Need understanding of change management processes and documentation.
- Great communication skills, able to articulate functional scenarios with business teams
- Able to understand functional requirements/issues.
- Able to create a test case and perform end to end testing.
- Certification is not mandatory, but desirable to have.
